You glace at me
From across the chat
The look you give me
Leads me to assume
That you trely are
In love with me
Those gorgeous eyes
Are what I see
You smile at me
And wink your eye
How could I think
Of saying goodbye?
You're my girl
and I'm your man
Let's go together
And smile at the world.

Instead of understanding your locked away
long through the morning's play
Completion together which you never admit
was I never certain of these foundations
the future blueprints sketched my way
love gave you and me time to aspire
a beginning you to comprehend

Grasp my hand
I hold your waist
Walking through sand
Warm, salty taste
Touch my lips
Close your eyes
My hands on your hips
See the clear skies
Splashing at bare feet
A breeze blowing our hair
Looking so sweet
You look into my eyes and stare
My hand on your cheek
Feeling your face
I feel so weak
It's your lips I miss

Some people say that love is blind
This just is not the case
True love is what helps one to see
Much more than someone's face
Love helps a person see inside
Another's outer frame
Regardless how some people look
Love sees them all the same
There are so many kinds of love
With levels undefined
But there is only one true love
Which I know is not blind
There may be faults, there be scars
To love they matter not
It knows they're there, and does not care
And that's what loves about
Love overlooks these outer marks
That can be seen so clear
To offer many happiness
In place of shame and fear..
